INS Kursura (S20)
INS (Indian Navy Ship) Kursura (S20) was a diesel-electric engine based Kalavri-class submarine of the Indian Navy. Becoming the fifth submarine of Indian Navy, it was first commissioned on 18 December 1969. After 31 years of its service, INS Kursura (S20) was decommissioned on 27 February 2001. It is now available for people to see it and know its importance in Indian Navy. If you are going to Vizag, this is one of the most important places to see in Visakhapatnam.

Thotlakonda is a Buddhist complex located on the hill near Bheemunipatnam which is approximately 15 Km from Visakhapatnam. Visakha Mueseum was opened in year 1991 and is located in the port city of Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh of India. Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary
Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary is a forest which is located near Visakhapatnam and it is under the control of Andhra Pradesh Forest department since 10 March 1970. Kambalakonda Wildlife Sanctuary was named after the local hillock Kambalakonda and the land was earlier under control of maharajah Vizaianagaram. The forst is dense and has evergreen trees all around it. Animals such as Indian leapord. jackals, tigers, and poisonous snakes like cobra and vipers can be seen in the sancturay.

City Central Park
City central park is also know as urban park which is situated in Visakhapatnam, India. The park is located in the heart of the city. Victory at Sea Memorial
Victory at Sea War Memorial was built in 1996 after the Indo-Pakistani war in 1971. The war memorial is dedicated to the Indian Navy and Eastern Naval Command soldiers. Gangavaram Beach
Gangavaram is used to be a village of Andhra Pradesh whos area now comes under the Greater Visakhapatnam Corporation. Before the construction of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, there was a town called Gangavaram. So, the name of the beach is named after that town. Gangavaram village was removed from that place and people were sent to two different places.

TU 142 Aircraft Museum
TU 124 Museum was established with the vision of preserving the Tupolev TU-142 Aircraft. This was established in 2017 by the India President Ram Nath Kovind.
